Weekly groups with fun activities to support your wellbeing

Kids’ wellbeing activity groups are for young people aged 13 to 25. They’re fun, free and full of activities to help make you feel good!

Different groups have different activities. But in each group you’ll get to learn about wellbeing, try something new, and meet new people.

In the video below our wellbeing co-ordinator, Órla Price, tells you all about the groups.

Need more support?

Our groups are designed to help you to support your own wellbeing. Our staff will support you to make friends, have fun and do activities that feel good. But we are not trained counsellors or therapists and this is not a crisis service. If you are unwell, please take a look at our Help page for suggestions of where you can find support.

Thank you to Storyset for the illustrations above.
