Wellbeing Drop-in

Our wellbeing drop-ins for young people are full of fun activities and tips on how to support your own wellbeing

About this group

Join us every week for a relaxed and welcoming online drop-in session designed for young neurodivergent and disabled people aged 16-25.
This is your space to connect, make new friends, and chat about whatever’s on your mind.
Every week there will be time to give and receive advice, learn about well-being and mental health and have fun playing games and sharing laughs. This can also a good space to give ideas for the service and have input co-creating future groups.
We’re a supportive community where everyone is welcome, and you can participate as much or as little as you like. It’s a great way to relax, share experiences, and build connections with others who understand.

If you have any questions or want to have a chat about this group, please email Hub@kids.org.uk.

Need more support?

Our groups are designed to help you to support your own wellbeing. Our staff will support you to make friends, have fun and do activities that feel good. But we are not trained counsellors or therapists and this is not a crisis service. If you are unwell, please take a look at our help page for suggestions of where you can find support.
