Coming soon - Siblings reliance group

This course has been co-developed with siblings of disabled children to ensure it reflects real experiences, feelings, and needs. It provides a safe, structured space where siblings can explore their emotions, build resilience, and connect with others who understand family life when disability is part of it.

The programme is informed by the CLANGERS wellbeing framework and uses creative, practical activities to support emotional wellbeing, confidence, and self-awareness. Sessions help siblings develop strategies for handling tricky situations, recognise their strengths, and understand the positive role they play within their families, while feeling heard, supported, and valued in their own right.
