How to Advocate for yourself and others

Join this group to learn how to use your voice, feel heard and make organising more inclusive

About this group

Youth participation means being involved with decisions that affect you and other young people like you. You can inspire and empower others with your own story. Join this group to learn how to use your voice, feel heard and make organising more inclusive.

This group is hosted by Troy. Troy is a youth activist involved with participation both locally and nationally, including being an iWill ambassador. Troy has a wealth of experience to support you in your own participation journey. You can read more about Troy’s IWill journey, and his other participation experiences on the Hub.

If you have any questions or want to have a chat about this group, please email orla.price@kids.org.uk.

Need more support?

Our groups are designed to help you to support your own wellbeing. Our staff will support you to make friends, have fun and do activities that feel good. But we are not trained counsellors or therapists and this is not a crisis service. If you are unwell, please take a look at our Help page for suggestions of where you can find support.
