Wellbeing Drop-in – Friendship & Connection

In this group, you’ll have the opportunity to talk about your special interests and find others who share the same passions.

About this group

In this group, you’ll have the opportunity to talk about your special interests and find others who share the same passions. We’ll also explore what friendship and connection mean, including what makes a healthy friendship, how to navigate challenges, and tips on making and maintaining friendships.
Our online well-being groups are safe and welcoming spaces for neurodivergent and/or disabled young people aged 16-25 to meet, share, have fun and support each other.
Whether you’re looking to make new friends or learn more about how to build strong connections, this group is a great place to start. Join us for a supportive and fun session on the theme of friendship.

If you have any questions or want to have a chat about this group, please email Hub@kids.org.uk.

Need more support?

Our groups are designed to help you to support your own wellbeing. Our staff will support you to make friends, have fun and do activities that feel good. But we are not trained counsellors or therapists and this is not a crisis service. If you are unwell, please take a look at our help page for suggestions of where you can find support.
