Zumba Fitness is exercise in disguise for everybody and every body. A series of specially-choreographed, easy-to-follow dance routines to a mix of fun, up-lifting music. Forget the pressures and stresses of life today and dance your cares away whilst enjoying the benefits for your physical and mental health.
This session can be done either sitting down or standing up.
Please ensure you have the following:
• a safe space of of at least 2×2 metres per person (if at all possible), free of any obstructions or slip/trip hazards
• adequate ventilation
• access to drinking water
• comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for movement and stretching
• a decent internet connection
By taking part in our virtual Zumba dance fitness class you certify that you have no medical condition nor injury that may prevent your full and safe participation without express and written permission to take part from a medical professional. You certify that you are aware of the risk of accident involved and accept full responsibility for your safe participation, given the physical absence of the instructor.
