SEND Reforms Consultation – What you told us

The government wanted to know young people’s views on SEND support in schools. Thank you to all those who took part in our activities where we heard many different ideas and experiences. We have fed all your views back to the Department for Education, below is a PDF and video of the highlights.

Got A Question?

If you’re wondering how these changes might affect you, or you have a question you’d like us to look into, you can always reach out and ask us.

We may not have every answer straight away, but we’ll do our best to find the information and share it with you.

We’re here to help you understand what’s happening.

And to make sure young people’s voices stay part of the conversation.

Check out our Youth Voice Page

If you’re interested in how young people are speaking up and helping shape decisions that affect them, take a look at our Youth Voice page.

It’s where we share opportunities for young people to get involved and help influence change in areas such as education, health and support services.

Your voice and your experiences mater, and this is one way you can be part of the conversation.
